"Breakfast lady was on her phone the whole time we ate breakfast,orange juice was terrible ,no butter out to put on waffles,highway noise made it hard to sleep ,pool and hot tub were great ,parking was good,I would look for a different place to stay if I go back to Glen Allen Virginia."

"Parking was advertised as free but charged 10$. Desk staff at night super friendly and helpful. No water on a hot day. Only a bottle filling station. Breakfast food ok, nothing to write home about. Room v clean and nice. "

"We wish we would have just slept in our car at a rest stop. The room was disgusting. It was a non-smoking room but smelled like smoke. There were boogers and bodily fluids wiped on the doors and walls. The floors were visibly dirty. The bedding had multiple burn holes. You could see disgusting mattress stains through the sheets. One of the lamps was broken and dangling above the bed, multiple outlets didn’t work. I would never stay here again and do not recommend even for the low price, it’s not worth it."

"Great customer service. Very clean hotel. The only complaint was the parking… we had to wait about 30 minutes to find a parking spot on Saturday night; other than that, highly recommend."

"Staff were incredibly friendly. My husband and I both commented on how happy the employees were. Room was clean and comfortable. You cannot beat the deal with their free buffet in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Food is fresh and they have an excellent variety. Where possible, we will always stay at Drury when traveling!"

"Floors were awful ! Sticking stuff and hair. The toilet wouldn’t flush my husband had to take the lid off and get it working again. And wow the backside is the hotel is noisy . Maybe some. Thick curtains would help. Also an in room coffee maker the coffee in the lobby is barely warm. I’m not saying I wouldn’t come back but def work on cleaning the floors and I’d request the opposite side of the hotel. Employee on duty was very nice and professional. "
