Chambre sans rideau avec un store qui laisse passer la lumière sur les côtés. TV avec un seul poste et qui ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. The hotel was below average, it’s a workers hotel, people ( owners ) working at desk claim they couldn’t find my confirmed (expedia) reservation. Paid $47 online through Expedia and when they claimed they couldn’t find my reservation wanted to charge me $55 plus tax and fees. I had my dog with me and also Expedia online was $15, hotel charged $20\. When I went to the desk the man became argumentative and just dismissed me when I showed him the actual reservation and told me to call Expedia and get a refund ( non-refundable when booked) and it wasn’t his problem. When Expedia called them directly, the female claimed the man ( owner) wasn’t there. While their children were playing video games on the large TV that I could see from the check-in counter. What terrible management/ownership of the hotel.
