I booked a downstairs handicap accessible room because I struggle with stairs. I got there and was told there was no bottom floor rooms or handicap accessible rooms. Will never stay there ever again. Very disappointed!
This app and the internet says the pet fee is $15, but when you check in they charge $25. I reserved a single, but was given a double. The room was gross to say the least. It looked like some grease or sort of bodily fluid/waste was smeared on the walls. The clerk was so concerned about me not smoking in the room (i don't smoke), but it already stunk like cigarettes in there. Those are just a few things, but there was more issues. No pride in running a business was shown in my experience.
The hotel was below average, it’s a workers hotel, people ( owners ) working at desk claim they couldn’t find my confirmed (expedia) reservation. Paid $47 online through Expedia and when they claimed they couldn’t find my reservation wanted to charge me $55 plus tax and fees.
I had my dog with me and also Expedia online was $15, hotel charged $20.
When I went to the desk the man became argumentative and just dismissed me when I showed him the actual reservation and told me to call Expedia and get a refund ( non-refundable when booked) and it wasn’t his problem. When Expedia called them directly, the female claimed the man ( owner) wasn’t there. While their children were playing video games on the large TV that I could see from the check-in counter.
What terrible management/ownership of the hotel.

The door latch was broken. I had to wait more than a hour before someone let me check in. And they took a deposit of 100 dollars and refunded me 85 dollar when I called to ask about it they ignored it completely. And now they are not even picking up my phone call Unbelievable NO ONE SHOULD STAY IN THIS HOTEL.
And One more thing the stuffs are very weird.
To start off the staff/ owners were the most rude people I've ever dealt with at a hotel but i was prepared for it based on the previous reviews i read about the place but also the bathrooms were super dirty. Furniture in the room were beat up. Bed was alright but but the staff should learn to treat people well.
Worst place to spoil your travel. Rundown property. Better sleep in you car. Wasted $80 just for few hrs sleep.
Clogged shower drains. Couldn't shower. No toiletries in shower. Owners want $250 if you want shower in another motel. Only two Towles.
Spoiled, mold/stale & expired breakfast that would give food poisoning.
Owners would treat you like homeless if you complain about anything.

Cheap, and you saw why when you checked in. Old style motel with 2nd story balcony. Room was clean, but floor was sticky. Adequate hot water, but rather flimsy towels. Comfortable

In summary, go there if you’re poor. If you have 30$ more than their asking, go somewhere else.
The property wasn't too bad The floor could I use to be moped again otherwise when you looked at it was pretty clean also the bed was kind of harder than what I'm used to but it wasn't that big of a deal I only stayed one night overall it was a pretty good stay
I don't recommend this hotel. The front desk requested me a security deposit charged in my credit card.
I left my room in the same condition that I received it, but they didn't give me the full amount of the deposit without any explainetion.
When we arrived, I was charged an additional fee to get the identical appointed room on the first floor. I was told that it was considered a room upgrade? My wife is handicapped and cannot do stairs very well. I had no prior knowledge that the reserved room was on the second floor. I reached out to Expedia and their reply was "take it up with the hotel". I already spoke to the hotel and had to pay for the "upgrade" or find another place to stay!
Very disappointed with Expedia and their lack of involvement with my issue. Please feel free to contact me to discuss the issue further.
