This location has crystal clear salt water pool, big room, separate kitchen and very friendly staff.

The resort is really nice. The island is small and cozy. Everyone who works there is really good at their job, genuinely happy, and nice. The whole experience was so relaxing. They have a wonderful shuttle system that runs until 11 pm, taking you all over the resort. there are three resorts, the hotel, they villas, and the golf resort, the golf is across the street and the others are beach side, there is a small public beach between the villas and the hotel resort, where a lot of locals and guest stay, loved walking by it and watching locals enjoy the same beach I was enjoying, it solidified that I made the right choice of hotel stay, this place is a lot like jersey shore and the cape cods where families go every year. You have multi-generational families who go there annually. The staff would be hugging the regulars like they were family and having discussions with the kids about how much they have grown. Really cool to witness; it made me feel like I was somewhere special. The island slogan is "One happy island," OMG, so true. People here are really happy! I will be back next year to bring my family; I feel like they have to experience this Zen oasis!! Loved it. One wish, though- I wish that once we bought all-inclusive, it could be used across all resorts. Unfortunately, your inclusion only applies to your resort area and is closely supervised with color-coded bands. That's my only complaint; the food was delicious. BP-friendly!

The food and drinks were on point! The resort is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The only was, an adult pooped in the pool and the restort had to clear it and shut it down for the remainder of the day. Some adults are worse than children. We really enjoyed our stay.

I came as a family with small children. I would not return to this hotel. We chose the all inclusive option. The food at the restaurant was amazing, service. The service there was spectacular. The Palm buffet had delicious food options, better than the buffet in by the main lobby. I was a little upset when Expedia stated that the hotel had a game room. I expected it to be factored into the all-inclusive stay however that was that extra charge so we didn’t utilize that too much. Also the reviews about towels is 100% accurate, I have never experienced such tightness with towels, both towels for the beach and towels in the room. It was a headache, trying to get fresh towels and towels by the pool were never available unless you got them in the morning. That’s something the hotel can most definitely improve on. Also, there is a need for a more palm umbrellas by the beach. By 7:00am, the shaded seats were all taken. Beach was amazing, I think they need more servers on the beach and it would be great if they would offer some food options by the beach as well. The only reason I would not return to this hotel is because I do not feel the hotel itself, amenities and service was worth how much we ended up paying.
