"Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Window wall heater/ac was noisy and NOT temperature thermostat controlled. Building did have large covered parking space, a plus in a snowy town. A good stay was had. "

"The guest computer was unusable because no staff knew the password, so the Front Desk had to help me print something while already busy with guests. A five-minute task took nearly thirty minutes. The next morning there was no hot water and the body wash dispenser was empty. As a Bonvoy member, it was also disappointing not to earn points on a rate that was $30 higher than the walk-in price. Overall, a very disappointing stay"

"Our 7 year old nephew loved the pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub. This is an older hotel but very clean and well run. "
