10/10 Excellent

"We had good check in service but in the morning we needed a plunger and I thought I was locked out - ended up my husband had the key - he had to find another washroom. We didn’t get any response to either of the phone numbers we called. It was after 7 am and we would have assumed the office would be open. Felt bad leaving without explaining the situation - not a pleasant discovery for cleaning staff but what could we do. Room was comfortable and it was quiet but really needed some service in the morning."

"What a completely wonderful accommodation! We booked the day before for a Friday night stay. Our room was on the second floor with a comfortable Queen-size bed and couch - I only mention the floor because if you have problems with stairs, book on the first floor ahead of time, as there is no elevator. Every staff person I encountered was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast included a lot of options from cereal to toast to waffles, muffins, fruit, yogurt, and tea and coffee. I have celiac disease and was pleasantly surprised to find clearly labeled gf cereal and individually sealed gluten-free bread. I spoke to Anika and Angela about the need for a dedicated toaster that could be kept separately. They were both so sweet and understood my problem. Pam was managing the front desk and was able to find a toaster but couldn't guarantee it was dedicated for only gluten-free. A possible solution was lining with parchment paper but could be a fire hazard. Toaster sleeves are available and would solve the problem: Another suggestion to be placed by ice machines would be rubber drainage mats to protect against falls from melted ice on the floor."
