"The restaurant staff (at breakfast) were not friendly or welcoming. No one asked us if we would like coffee or a drink. The staff looked annoyed when I asked for juice and coffee. They paid no attention to us. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was presented well, and was clean. However I found the mattress and pillows uncomfortable. "

"Initially we were given a full size bed on the 6th floor and that room was very small and old/not renovated. We had asked for two twins so once we were moved to a room on the 3rd floor we were much happier. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again"

They arranged our taxi service to the port. Breakfast was good. They always had lemonade at the front desk that guests could have when they came back from tours in that hot weather. Recommend it as it is close to the restaurants and bus stops. "
