Once you walk into this home you are greeted with an indoor Atrium that can be seen from every room. The living room is spacious and has a large sectional sofa that is perfect for watching your favorite programming on the large screen TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with master shower, jets, and steam room. Plus a large walk-in closet, a lighted makeup table, and plenty of space to unpack. The second bedroom has a King bed with a large TV in the room as well as a desk. The final bedroom is a bunk bed style with three twin mattresses. The top bunk should only be used by a small child and the other two could be used by adults or other children. There is a large open kitchen that is fully stocked with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances to enjoy meals made at home. It has a large dining room table and seating at the breakfast bar. The large fenced-in grassy backyard is the highlight of this comfortable home with a private outdoor pool. The pool area has two covered seating areas, a covered gazebo, and a gas grill for having that weekend BBQ! Pool heat may be added (Nov-April) for a fee of $35/day. PLEASE NOTE- For extended stays of 60 days or more we require a mid-stay clean be done by our cleaners. A member of our team will reach out upon your booking to coordinate the fee and scheduling. This home is located just 9 miles (22minute drive) from the University Town Center Mall which is great for shopping and upscale restaurants. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is only 6 minutes away (2.9 miles) and downtown Sarasota is 13 minutes (6.1 miles). There is a Publix grocery store at Bayshore Gardens that is 5 minutes away (1.8 miles) and a Walmart Neighborhood Market that is just 8 minutes away (3.8miles) to stock up on snacks, drinks, and food items or last-minute items you forgot to pack for the trip. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is a 30-minute drive (13.3 miles) or Lido Key Beach is 20 minutes (9 miles). Check out St Armand's Circle near Lido Key Beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices. There are many great restaurants within a short car ride such as the Sunnyside Café which among other things has the best lobster roll sandwich in town!! Downtown Sarasota is a short 13-minute drive and abounds with restaurants, rooftop bars, and shopping. Tarpon Bay Grill in the Ramada Inn, just north of US41 is a fun place to sit and have a beverage on the Marina. The house was spacious and gave plenty of room to our family of four. Having the pool was nice though it did seem a touch more dated than the pictures indicated. We had everything we needed included beach chairs and a cooler provided. It was convenient to everything we wanted to see (downtown Sarasota and Lido/St Armands). Sometimes the planes could be loud but not an issue. The only real issue we ran into was a bird pecking at the dining room window every morning at 7am. If that could be fixed, it would be perfect. Located in a good neighborhood and I liked that it was near the airport and a midway point between the attractions in Sarasota and Bradenton. My only complaint was that the pool was filthy upon arrival and the water level was way below the skimmer. I let management know, but the pool guy didn’t arrive until Thursday. He was frustrated that he wasn’t notified at all. Sounds like my complaints weren’t passed along to the pool company. After the pool maintenance left it looked better but still not to the condition where I wanted to swim in it. So I didn’t use the pool all week. Disappointing but the weather was on the cooler side anyway. Other amenities the house offered were great for our needs. Thanks for the stay. ##### Kelly P. Our biggest complaints are with the management. For several days before check in we contacted them to see if we could check in four hours before check in time. Never received an answer except emails saying they would check on it. When we arrived the pool was 76 degrees instead of 85 degrees that we paid for. Contacted the management about no internet and they said will get back to us which never happened. The inside of the house was great but the outside definitely needed cleaned and organized. Outside seating area was nice. A quiet neighborhood. Close to airport, grocery stores and downtown. A lot of planes arriving and departing during the day. It wasn't disruptive, we actually got a kick out of it. Check out Flightradar 24 - tells you where the plane is going to or coming from. Heated pool was a great plus. We used the grill. Kitchen had everything we needed for a week stay. It had a Keurig. We would stay here again. ##### Leona K. The pictures are actually. We loved the backyard was great just to chill in the evening. The living room was huge and very comfortable. They had suitable cook ware. No wine glasses - so I left one for you and some bigger coffee cups. Location was great for us to get into Bradenton. I would stay again at this location. Plenty of space for a family. ##### Rose T. Everything was better than I had hoped. Having a TV on the back porch that can be viewed from the pool was a big plus, but the pool was the highlight! The TV in the living room is HUGE! Everything I needed for preparing food was there. I slept in the master bedroom and the bed is very comfortable. The shower with multiple spraying options was super. The rooms are spacious, the managers are very responsive and you can easily access most of Florida's West Coast (It's an hour south of Tampa, 15 minutes from downtown Sarasota, an hour from Venice Beach and 1.5 hours from Naples). We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, around the country club. Definitely need to have a car. It was a bit cool, so we didn't get to use the pool much, but the sauna in the master bath is excellent. Highly recommend! ##### Marc D I.
