Home has a private pool and a list of extras that includes high-speed Internet, HDTVS with Netflix and YoutubeTV. Sarasota pool house is big on style, with big comfortable sectional sofa, 3 flat screen TVs a leisurely screened in pool area for privacy, and private backyard for you (and fully fenced in for your dog)The neighborhood also has a mini bay beach (Indian Beach)marked running path along the bay for exercise enthusiasts. It has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8 persons comfortably. The primary bedroom and big bed room have king sized beds, the other 2 bedrooms have comfortable queen sized and full-sized beds and the The entire house was freshly painted in creamy neutral, new front door and all new blinds on the windows (fall 2023)We also provide cable and wi-fi service. The screened in pool area has a newer patio table (seats six) and grill; a perfect area for your morning coffee, evening drink, an outside meal or just lounging by the pool. The home is huge and provided enough room for all of us, the pool was amazing along with the outside patio and grill area. We could sit and enjoy ourselves while the kids played in the pool! The house was clean and the beds were sooo comfy! The host reached out to check on us and recommended places to eat and places for us to rent kayaks. The home is located in a great location, not far from the beach or the art district! We came to see siesta key beach (like almost everyone else) it was only a 20 min. Drive, but in my opinion it was over crowded and wasnt it.... lido key on the other hand was only 7 minutes from the house and absolutely beautiful and so less crowded! We loved our stay and had the best time! There’s lots to do in the area! We were a little frustrated when we arrived the pool was low on water so the pump had not been running. Had to have pool people and electricians there and didn’t get fixed until our last day. Pool guys did not do anything to clean besides dump chemicals so my husband was cleaning it and filling it with a garden hose so our kids could at least float in it. ##### Emily K. The yard is nicely enclosed and great for the dogs. The house is comfortable as are the beds. The neighborhood is about 2 miles from downtown (restaurants and night life) and 5 miles from the nice coastal beaches on the key. There is a very modest dog beach about 1/4 mile from the house that has a view over the bay but some of the houses nearby are a bit rundown. Overall a good base to get out and do things but you will need a bike or car to see most things. ##### Ian H.
