Room with a gorgeous view! Staff amazing! Everybody treat us like family! Big hugs to Sr Jorge! The breakfast delicious and a lot of options! They accommodate all our needs! Swimming pool super warm we could enjoy even in a rainy day! We will definitely go back!

We had a wonderful reception and service at the front desk from Raphael. Always greeted us with a smile. Our room (premiere) was comfortable. King bed was medium (not soft & not firm…we would prefer firm but that is personal choice. Breakfast was decent. Lots of options. Coffee could improve. We were offered a later check out which was helpful and the hotel stored our luggage for the afternoon.
