It is a very old hotel, staff was not helpful, we paid for breakfast during booking but they said its not included in spite of me showing them on the booking app. Location is not ideal, its very far from the airport and main lively area, unless you have a car its not convenient getting anywhere. Amenity timing is not good, bathroom and room also was not the best. The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room-ocean view, that's it. We paid a lot for a 5 star experience but were disappointed. Now we have and we will definitely stay again. Small but important thing… the balcony door did not have a handle outside. The door had closed itself behind my husband while he was outside and he couldn’t get back in! Luckily, I could open the door but if we had both been out there, we would have been stranded!
