"Everything was really good, the only disappointment was that the spa wasn't available and we weren't even informed in advance. Also, we needed an extra sheet because it got wet and we couldn't get one from the staff on duty. The apartment had everything we could need and the views were fantastic. "Wir waren mit allem super zufrieden! Nach unseren Wanderungen haben wir vor allem die Terasse mit Ausblick auf das Meer genossen. Aber auch die ganze Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet. Die Gastgeber*innen sorgen insgesamt für ein schönes Willkommen und für ein ruhiges Miteinander. Unseren Urlaub haben wir mit ÖPNV bzw. Titsa gestaltet, ohne Probleme."

"Quite and relaxing, tucked away in Santa Ursula. Gardens are well stocked, with butterflies and birds regularly visiting; a little steep at the sides, but there are always slopes in this part of Tenerife! Romantica well appointed and Eddi was welcoming, promptly resolving any issues we had, with good nature."

"Directions to VRBO were clear until you entered the neighborhood . Finding the location was not easy, locating the gate key was easy, locating the house key was not easy. Opening/unlocking door was difficult. Instructions for all appliances were not available. Had no idea what some appliances were. Toasters did not work, map of area was not available . Summary: manuals need to be available . Lock on front door was very difficult to use/open."

"We stayed a week in May at the Best Semiramis. The buffet all inclusive food was great with daily changes of options like Tex Mex, Italian, Curry night etc. The breakfast was vast and lots of choice again. There was entertainment every evening in the bar. It was close to everything to walk to especially some beautiful botanical gardens 10 mins walk away. There was all the amenities you could need in the room and if you didn't have something the reception would know how to get it for you, eg a kettle for a small cost etc. A good week, we would definitely stay again."
