« The property looks new on the outside, It looks updated. When I checked in one of the elevators was not working. The floors of the lobby and in every hall way was dirty with food and debre. I made it to my room and it smelled like dirty feet. The following morning, I went for the breakfast. It was not what was advertised. There were waffels, and bagels with no cream cheese. No coffee cups or lids. I feel like the facility was lacking staff to operate effeciently. »

« We stayed Sunday-Thursday at the Watercolor Inn and it was nothing short of incredible. Even before arriving and calling the resort asking questions the week leading up to, to make sure we had our boxes checked, the staff was incredible! My husband and I both mentioned at least once a day how kind and helpful all of the staff were both at the Inn and throughout the Watercolor community!
