"Room was very clean. The only negative thing was the water would come out the bottom of the shower door. I would have enjoyed the fire pit especially with the weather being cool on our trip, but it was never on. Breakfast was ok, I would have enjoyed a better selection. The hotel is in a great spot close to 30A but far enough away from the busy traffic of HWY 98. "

"This was our second stay at this fabulous home, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The proximity to the beach is impossible to beat. Just a few steps from the driveway and your feet are in the sand, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and in such an amazing location. We loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely come back again. Thank you Beach Luxury Vacations for another great vacation at this home."

"Overall our stay was good. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. However, our reservation was for 4 people and we only had bedding on the bed. We requested other blankets and were never provided any. We did bring pillows and blankets but ended up having to purchase another at Walmart. Check in was also not straight forward. I was prepared for issues since reading reviews that mentioned it. I received emails saying that I needed to sign the agreement and that it was sent to me twice. However, I checked my email and spam folder and didn’t have the email anywhere. I called the provided number and they were able to send me one. I was able to sign the agreement and get everything set up before we arrived. I can see how people would have this issue if they were unaware of the issues though. I enjoyed having a full kitchen which Iwasnt sure we would. Some booking included “full kitchenette” in the listings but Ibooked one without that description. I was sure what we’d have availableso Iwas pleased to see we had a full kitchen and full size fridge. The bed and couch were comfortable as well and we had plenty of towels. "

"Amazing spring break! Perfect weather every day. Private beach was a short golf cart ride or walk. This house is on a nice quiet street. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful. Easy ride to restaurants on 30a. Super clean and owner was very responsive and helpful. My young sons loved it! "

"For those who want the nitty gritty:Check-in wasn’t as seamless as the app made it seem it would be. The door code they emailed me at check-in didn’t work, I had to call and go through several codes with them on the phone, and the code never uploaded to view on the app. As far as cleanliness, everything looked amazing on the surface and I would’ve given 5 stars had I not experienced seeing the amount of crud that came off of the bottom shower door when I tried to wipe the excess water off. I also called to get them to come and change the batteries in the fire alarm, and they didn’t call back despite following the prompts to have someone call back. My main note that I think would make a HUGE improvement, upgrading the shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower to one that has a lock, similar to Moxy hotels. I’m too paranoid about guests having access to put things into it. All in all, would I personally stay again? Yes, the value, location, appliances, and amount of space for the price couldn’t be beat, I’m not picky about where I stay, and I don’t let inconveniences get to me. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Littke Birds. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and even a gift from our hostess! It had a very comfy feel and was a great home away from home. The location is excellent, close to shops and restaurants and right beside the walking path. Any questions we had were immediately answered by our hostess. The beach access was right across the street and 3 pools are available. "
