I really enjoyed all my interactions with the hotel workers. They were very helpful throughout the entire experience, and I would definitely recommend them for their staff! I would also like to say the bar menu options were great. The rooms were clean, which they also frequently asked if we would like to be cleaned again throughout our trip.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, front desk spoke English, and restaurant staff were more than happy to find someone who did if we were having issues communicating. Food was good, pool was clean, very quiet hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool became more lively in the evenings with kids, but they were respectful and it was always quiet by night time.

The ambiance is great. The food at the restaurant is fabulous. Everything we ate was great. They regularly showcase Oaxacan artists. Every two months, apparently. The place is very clean. They also have a free shuttle that takes you downtown, as the hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from the center. The staff is very responsive to your needs. They are dialed in.
The only downside was the quality of the WIFI. This may have more to do with the surrounding area and not the hotel. There were work crews in the neighborhood attending to the matter.
