While we have stayed here before, it was a quick trip, so if the room was as dirty last time as it was this time, we didn’t notice. There was hair all over the floors. I’m pretty sure the pull out bed sheets hadn’t been cleaned as there crumbs all over it. And the door into the bathroom was dirty. Even after I had them come in and clean, the floors still weren’t cleaned. Trying to understand why that’s not a priority? I love the location of this hotel. It’s a mile from the boardwalk and a short walk to bars and restaurants. But they need to door a better job cleaning.

The room (124) left a lot to be desired. It was a disabled access room. The door to the bedroom closed automatically so we had to keep it propped open. The toilet ran constantly, the shower backed up so it was like taking a bath up to our ankles, the bathroom lights were so bright and no option to not have them turn on automatically. We killed multiple ants in the room, the hallway smelled like food and nasty carpet glue. And then we were charged for parking one night when we were required to park on the street, which was eventually refunded.

The breakfast staff are friendly but the front desk staff not. Someone left a pizza box in the middle of the hallway and give hours it was still there making me think the staff don’t monitor the building. Parking OSS tight so off you have a large vehicle you will struggle to find a spot. Nothing odds clouds to this location so you will have to drive anywhere. For the cost I expect better service.

Their parking garage is very hard to maneuver and it took us a long time to be able to park our car as it has super tight spaces. And there is a nightly parking fee which I thought should be complimentary. It is not as close to the beach or boardwalk as mentioned, it’s at least 20-25 mins walk. But the staff was super helpful and their breakfast was really good. Very clean and well maintained overall.

Unfortunately, our stay ended on a very disappointing note. We accidentally left behind a family caricature/picture that had sentimental value to us. We realized it shortly after getting home and called the hotel only about three hours later. We were shocked to be told that housekeeping had already thrown it away. I understand that guests sometimes leave things behind, but I would expect a hotel to have a basic lost-and-found procedure rather than immediately disposing of a personal item, especially something that was clearly a family keepsake. It was extremely disappointing knowing that if it had simply been kept for a few hours, we could have arranged to collect it. The hotel really needs to review its housekeeping and lost-property procedures so this doesn't happen to another family.

The lady when we were checking in, was not very nice but she definitely got better as we were leaving and she did OK. The bathroom needed a bath mat not a bathmat a shower mat because the shower was very slippery. We had two TVs one didn’t work at all and the other one we couldn’t get the volume on it was not what it was represented in the pictures so I would not stay there again and as far as the best western, it was very poor.

We liked the suite with the jetted tub, but a few things were broken. The main bathroom light, the towel ring between the sinks, the glass shelf over one of the sinks. Also one of our towels had a bunch of pokey grass stuck all over it!

our room was not clean. The sink had hair and clogged The towels look dirty the floor was dirty it looked like it was not even touch by housekeeping . One of the cabinets had ketchup stains all over. We didn’t complain because we check in late. Staff was good. We didn’t try the breakfast nor the hot tub.

My wife and I just needed a place to sleep as we were help our oldest move into an apartment. The room was nice except the fridge leaked in the middle of the night and our floor was wet. It was on the more expensive side because of my late booking and the parking was full so we had to park on the street. They refunded our parking fee for the night.
