"The pool or rooms are NOT what is advertised on the Hitlon or Expedia websites, its tiny and dirty inside and out, the location is sketchy with people in the surrounding neighborhood using drones to look in windows and spy on pool goers. There are rusty nails in the pool area, the elevators get stuck and and do not have the proper fire department inspection information, actually none at all. The tub/shower is the smallest I've ever seen, Im five foot three and I can stand in the tub and can touch the ceiling, my husband had to duck down to shower. The beds are ok, too hard for me but thats to each thier own. Vending food's and drink are the most expensive I've ever seen and no laundry was weird to me but I knew that. We moved to anther hotel for our last few days on vacation (even without a refund from here) and I was amazed. The hotel and room was wonderful AND less expensive, as were the vending items, and they have a clean indoor pool and hot tub, free hot breakfast AND dinner! The ONLY reason they are getting any stars at all is their wonderful staff! Very disappointed for being misled "

"The 1st floor hall carpet is very dirty and needs to be replace. The room itself was very muggy. There was a spider on the ceiling the bathroom door did not close. Beds were dirty. "
