The property is in a great location. It's about 5 minutes walk to the Alamo and 7 minutes walk to River Walk. The property has good amenities like full kitchen with pots and pans, washer and dryer in the unit with laundry pods so we can cook and wash our clothes. The staff are friendly and responsive. The issue is we booked 1 unit with 3 bedrooms but we got 2 units instead. They were next to each other but they were not connected rooms which was inconvenient. Also, there was no floor mat in the bathroom. The ceiling had water damage and the water was dripping when the AC turned on so we had to put a towel on the floor so we didn't slip and fall.

The restaurant closed at 8pm, the lazy river closed at 8pm what type of resort are you?? We arrived really late due to terrible weather, which i totally understand was not your fault) and so we went to the restaurant immediately once we had put our luggage in our rooms, and were told we would have to basically take the food to go. The food when we got it was awful. We were really disappointed and you have lost a customer
