"Well, we have to go to a few places to finally find it, but it was so old and the ad in the Hotels.com looks so new it was over 100 year-old building so it was really old. The bones didn’t know we couldn’t park two cars. No one told us it was fiesta week we paid $45. They waved it because we didn’t eat the food. It was an edible and the drinks were all watered down even if it was free. It was not worth it cause it’s like drinking three drinks for the price of one or for one and you just get full and no affect plus we wanted to use the pool rooftop was closed due to the weather so the little tiny pool had 100 children in it and it smelled like gross chlorine to the max like you could clean the entire hotel for all the chlorine and there’s about 100 kids from the age of 6 to 1 years old jumping around it was crazy and I paid extra for Hotel for the Jacuzzi and Spa. We did not use my husband wanted it so bad didn’t get to use it at all we got dressed up and went there. "

"Heritage Inn and Suites is conveniently located close to the airport and the major thoroughfares thru San Antonio. Our room was very clean when we arrived. We made our own bed, since we don't like the tugged in corners. Somehow that was interpreted as no service. We had to track down towels, cups and coffee for 5 out of the 6 days we stayed there. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked, and the weekday staff person was very friendly and gave us some great sightseeing suggestions. The weekend person was overwhelmed by the number of guests. There is absolutely no curb appeal. Weeds are growing around the property and the pool area. The pool itself was clean, and towels were available to the guests. I would stay there again."

Awesome, easy access and close walking distance to the Alamo and River Walk, and River Center shopping mall, nice complimentary breakfast with good assortment of food and drink items. Competitive prices and ample rooms. Comfortable beds and full furnished kitchen and real size appliances. Surpassed my expectations."

"Breakfast (which was minimal) was across the street, as there were 2 separate buildings. In addition, there was a per day charge for parking of $16. The bed was comfortable and the plumbing worked, but the building looked unkempt. Needs an upgrade compared to other Days Inn I've stayed at."

"Our stay at this location was great. It is centrally located right in the middle of downtown with lots of things to do within walking distance. Food was on every corner, with a Denny's just across the parking lot from the hotel. The hotel was clean, as was our room. We went with the intention of attending Oyster Bake and the Fiestas, so we just stayed a couple of days. The breakfast options were great, and there was food readily available for everyone, even on the very high-traffic mornings. The pool and hot tub were open and clean, even though the weather did not permit us to use those amenities. The only thing that I would advise people who are considering this location is to be aware of the "paid parking" expectation. As of Jan 2026, this area is considered the "entertainment district," and the city has required all of these areas to charge for parking. It ran us $36 for 24-hour parking. However, we were allowed to "come and go" as many times as we needed. There may have been some other parking options in the area, but they just seemed like an inconvenience for us. Other than the unexpected parking arrangement, this stay was amazing!"
