"Spacious room and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. The only problem we had was the mini refrigerator didn’t keep our canned sodas very cold."

"It was just for a one-night stay. Provided a free shuttle between the hotel and the airport, which is pretty convenient. The room is spacious and overall clean. "

"Check-in was ok, staff was pretty helpful but a bit surly. Property is old and in need of renovation but clean enough. The shower was horrible, no pressure at all. The sink in the bathroom had plenty of pressure but not the shower. It was barely a trickle! The breakfast was all right, some. hot items, yogurt, breads and fruit. The pool was very nice, the hot tub was not open and under some kind of construction. Needs more lounge chairs. Check out was easy since I was pre-paid. The shuttle drivers need to pay more attention to road signs. One driver ran three stop signs! And, unfortunately my seat in the shuttle did not have a working seat belt. Overall the stay was ok and the shuttle got me to and from the airport so I can't complain too much."

"It was a great stay but my daughter did find an “ant” on her bedsheets, which got her upset. But I loved the close location to airport & the shuttle they provided "

"I came in from Metro Detroit and stayed a day. Everything was great even the transportation service to pick me up from the hotel and take me to the Port for my cruise. However, there was a slight miscommunication. I was informed. The service to take me to the Cruise was included as well. But, I had to pay $30 which I was told that was separate. Overall my experience was good. I enjoyed my stay."

"The hotel was consistent with the price of the room. There was only one staff member at the desk and it was evident that customer service could have improved with an additional staff member. "
