The AC did not work. The bathroom was so dirty that one couldn’t even enter it. There were roaches everywhere. I believe there might even be bed bugs in the mattress. I placed my trust in hotels.com to review the location before offering them to customers. I showed the woman at the desk my confirmation email. She said there were no rooms available. She was extremely rude. I spoke to someone on the chat at hotels dot com who let me know that he would have to speak to someone at the hotel to find out what happened before I could get a refund.
