"We tried to call and delay our arrival by one day and the amount of hoops we had to jump through were unreal. After numerous calls it finally came down to the hotel not expedia and they denied our request. I'll never book through a 3rd party again. The hotel itself was very nice and clean with a great location for our needs. The only thing that I could complain about was the breakfast was a bit weak but better than nothing."

"The hotel was great! The only suggestion would be that if you have bad knees or ankles or back check and see if they have rooms with taller toilets. The standard toilet is very short, perfect for children, but not older adults. Maybe they have handicap accessible rooms."

"I've stated a lot of hotels in the past, but it was surely surely was impressed with yours. The room had a kitchen with real plates and silverware, a microwave, a refrigerator a dishwasher, a bathroom with a walking shower, and then in the morning breakfast was served on real plates with real silverware. It was very clean, very nice. I was certainly impressed. I have never found all of the amenities in one place like you have. I didn't get a chance to go outside and use the outside Terrace area. But everything was wonderful, thank you."
