"Na verblijf was één grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval. Eerst moesten we een half uur wachten omdat de eigenaar de boeking niet had gezien. We kregen daarna een zeer eenvoudige en niet erg schone kamer met alleen een tafel en een koelkast. We konden ons gekochte eten dus niet koken. Toen we gingen douchen sloegen de stoppen door. Dat bleek een bekend probleem. De eigenaar beloofde na veel boze...

"Además de lo espectacular que es el lugar con sus jardines y vista, su personal es bien servicial. Bien atentos y hasta el jardinero dejó de hacer su trabajo para ayudarnos con las maletas ya que el lugar tiene muchas escaleras. Y el jardinero por supuesto continuó con sus labores. El Italia de Guatemala. Lugar perfecto y tranquilo."

Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers."

El único inconveniente fue que habían obras en el hotel que causaban ruidos. La vista al lago de la habitación tortuga es parcial. Hay otras habitaciones con perfecta vista. Hay un bar con happy hour y algunas bebidas a 2 x 1."
