« The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great. »

« The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. "This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by lush gardens. It lacks some of the amenities you expect at this level (gym, fridge in the room, tea making facilities) and the helicopters that come and go to the hotel’s helipad are a real nuisance. However, my real reason for the 4/5 grade is because of all the bird cages. Toucans are meant to be free."
