Great Location/Very Clean!

This beautiful apartment presents just as it looks in the pictures. It was extremely clean and beautiful. We loved the location and the vibrancy of the city. Felt very safe and everything was walkable from the beach to restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. We appreciated the gated parking area, this was a stress reliever. Building has laundry facilities at a cost, if needed. Patricia was an excellent host and always responded to any questions we had. We will be visiting again!

Amazing

The stay was overall amazing, but checking in was a hassle. We couldn’t get in because we didn’t have the four digit code to get our key. We were told it was in our email, but we had all the information, but the code. We were finally able to get a hold of the host and she was able to help us. Other than that the place was very clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location to Nightlife in San Juan.

The apartment was in a great location with ample parking. It was clean, however when we checked in, the a/c unit in the bedroom had filters which hadn't been cleaned in ages so water had backed up and ran down the wall which soaked the bed's headboard & mattress and pillows. The rug on that side of the bedroom was also soaked & the floor was wet. The side table had water standing in it. We reached out to the host but never heard from her. So, My husband stood on a chair and cleaned the a/c unit and filters. The floor was mopped and we just hoped the mattress would dry out, which it did eventually. The remote for the TV didn't work, even when we bought new batteries for it. The drain in the shower backed up once which was a problem because it is a 0 entry shower. We would have enjoyed the balcony but the furniture on it was falling apart. Having the trash and the laundry just down the hallway was very convenient. There was also no counter space in the bedroom which would have been nice. Same with the shower--we had to put our bar of soap on the shower floor. The kitchen was fine but a tea towel would have been nice. The apartment was bright and white which was great. All tile, no rugs.

Amazing place, very clean and welcoming. We had a great time despite rain every day. Any questions we had the host responded within minutes. Although we later learned most of our questions were already covered in the guest handbook that we overlooked. But having such a nice place to come back to every day made the stay so much more memorable. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again!

This place was perfect! It has EVERYTHING you need and it’s exactly like the pictures. Walking distance to restaurants and Condado Beach.
