My husband and I only had two nights in Toulouse, so staying at the Place du Capitole Hotel was ideal. Being right on the main square meant we could walk everywhere and really make the most of our time. The staff were kind and went out of their way to help, even keeping our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy a full final day before flying home. It made our quick trip feel relaxed and easy.

Location is perfect. Staff is great - very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Rooms are typically European-sized. Beds are comfortable. Really appreciated the complementary water dispenser - still or carbonated. Just a delightful stay.

Elevator didn’t work to my first floor. Had to use a smelly and dirty stairway during the whole stay. 5pm check in time is really something that puts me in a bad mood right away !!
