This was our eleventh stay at Las Brisas in the last twelve years. We missed 2020 because of Covid. Fantastic place for families. We have always travelled with a group of friends and family. Usually 15-30 of us with each visit. We are all frequent travellers. This is our favourite resort and since finding it we have had no reason to go to any other resort. Facilities are great. Food is great. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have no recommendations for improvements because there is nothing that needs to improve. For us it is the perfect All Inclusive resort.

Our first experience with an all inclusive. Staff was great, food was okay, manly cold even the room service. The jarring earthquake alarm randomly went off at 0330/0400 and when I brought it up I was told they were maintenance which I do not believe as there was no communication to guests and those test would not be done at early morning hours. Location as with all of Huatulco is beautiful, ground were lovely and well cared for. Beautiful place, but was a little disappointed with us getting sick and the alarm.

Nice property but everything needs fixing. The pool was dirty and the water was very cloudy half the days we were there, problem was eventually fixed. Beach chairs are in rough shape. Constantly had to request towels from house keeping so we could shower. Room service never delivered what we ordered ...
