"Just want I expected according to the reviews. Only thing was the downstair restaurant was never open and there is nothing open at night for dinner on a Monday night. Was surprised with everyone looking for something prior to the train ride the next day. Rooms are clean and it is a very historical hotel. Nice spot"

"The room was dated but very clean and quiet. The property needs some attention. I would probably try something else next trip. We enjoyed our trip and train ride. Chama itself is not unlike a cauliflower eared pugilist, as are many RR towns. In retrospect I find it part of a sort of literary charm. Everyone should ride that train what an experience."

"Clean, plenty of towels, t paper. Had sufficient rooms for number persons in our group. For us, too many nicknacks. Toaster didn’t work well, oven slow to heat/cook food, coffee pot good, extra bathroom was nice. Used back porch to as staging area to go hunting, set up boot dryers, etc.. Overall it was a good stay."

"We absolutely loved this cabin. The property was quiet, private, and peaceful. The wrap around porch was an amazing place to sit back relax and enjoy the scenery.We highly recommend this cabin and we are looking forward to forward to staying here again."

"We were in the area to see family. The property was perfect for us to get together and visit. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The views were great. We would do it again."
