« Het hotel is ruim opgezet, het personeel vriendelijk. Ontvangst met gemberthee. Het hotel was schoon, de kamers ruim. sAvonds werd de haard in onze kamer aangestoken. Voor onze safari naar de Golden Monkeys was het een heel goede locatie, ook voor de Gorilla safari in Rwanda is het een goede plek. Het eten was uitgebreid , maar de kwaliteit viel een beetje tegen. »

« Le staff n'était pas d'une grande aide. Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas compris pour les 2 personnes de la chambre et la qualité laissait à désirer. Impossible de manger dans le jardin avec tous les animaux. Pas de vue sur le lac comme cela semble être indiqué. Je recommanderais uniquement cet endroit si vous souhaitez juste un endroit pour dormir, sans plus. »

"L'hôtel réservé est fermé. On nous a proposé un hôtel en construction portant un autre nom dont la finition n'est pas terminee : chambre non terminée, fils électriques qui traîneent, pas d'eau chaude, lumière passant par la porte mal posée, escalier aux marches toutes inegales très dangereuses ,absence de mains courantes, pas de TV installée, pas de restaurant installée, pas de roof top accessible etc.Des images ont été prises. La réservation ne correpondait en rien à l'hôtel réservé que nous connaissions. Première réservation aec Hotels.com. Inadmissible. Je demande le remboursement de cette nuitée ! terminée costruction dont la finition nest pas acvee"
