« This house has some good space for gathering. It does need some attention. I paid a premium because it was for the eclipse viewing, and I don’t think it was clean as it should have been. The pictures did not match. There wasn’t any hairdryers, but the owner promptly brought us 2 new hairdryers. The kitchen lacked equipment- no pans for utilizing the oven, no flipper for burgers or pancakes, only 4 non plastic forks. The area was nice, needs more outdoor seating. »

« The cabin is very nice, but the positives stop there. I showed up and someone else was in the cabin I had booked. It took an hour to get in touch with the property manager while I sat in my car and he told me to go to a different cabin; I started feeling better about things. However, a stranger came in at 9am in the morning without knocking and woke me up - I have no idea why, and frankly that’s just unsafe. I really wanted to like this place, the cabins are well done, but for the price...

« Husband in great need of fishing - hobby he doesn’t get to do enough. Happily caught 40 fish & we had a fish fry. I enjoyed the hot tub & some fishing. But mainly the quiet, relaxing, secluded location of the cabin. (Walmart 3 minutes away was nice). Beautiful view sitting on porch in the cool breeze was mesmerizing. The host was quick to respond to any question before & during our stay. The ice, water, snacks, & extras made for an inviting welcome. »

« Overall we had a great stay! I would give a few suggestions, such as fans in the living area, even with the A/C set low it was stuffy and warm. In the bedrooms, the fan would not run unless the lights were on, again it got hot at night. The lock on the back door was broken, so we could not access the back yard patio. Overall very cute and perfect for our needs! »

« We had a great stay in this beautiful house. Seriously, the pictures do not do the place justice.
