Basement bedroom with no windows! So disappointed in this hotel! First of all their website said two double beds and it was only 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. The front desk woman was rude and told me this was all they had! We could not cancel the room despite it being incorrectly listed as double beds. The room was very clean with the comfiest bed. Very nicely and thoughtfully decorated inside. The location is perfect for tourists, 5 minutes walk from the colleseum, 15 minutes walk to the Trevi fountain. The hotel provided a map with places to eat, and drink which was helpful. There were no crowds and the room was very quiet.
