После долгой прогулки по городу в поседений день остались в холодном номере без горячий воды. На ресепшене никого, а на телефоны указанные в номере и на дверях никто не отвечает, один номер принадлежит сотруднику, который работал 4 года тому назад. Единственный доступный номер это тот, который у них на сайте и там мне дали очень странный ответ, что это наверное проблема здания, а не отеля и никого они позвать из сотрудников отеля не могут. Хотя время ещё не слишком позднее и на Hotels.com у них есть поздний заезд, что говорит о том, что сотрудники отеля могут быть на месте или хотя бы на территории. Утром появился сотрудник, который даже ничего не знал о нашей проблеме и сам не понимал, что такое и как решить вопрос. Потом он зашёл в хоз комнату и что-то включил, а потом показывал нам, что все типа работает. Отель просто не включил обогрев воды, хотя в отели мы были единственные гости! Ужасный персонал и отель! If you are staying with five - forget it - beds very uncomfortable, keys don’t work, one bathroom with a tiny, tiny shower —- good luck!!! Great location. It is more like a converted townhouse/apartment. That being said, we loved it. Had 2 twin beds and a good sized bed. Easily and comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom shower is very small so if you are tall it will be a problem. Very close to the colosseum. 5 restaurants, 3 gelato places within 2 minutes walk. Literally a few streets away from the coliseum. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy. We saw staff everyday who made sure we were ok. However, the one thing that let down our stay was the shower. When you have been out all day in the baking sun you want to come back to your room and have a nice shower.. the 3 nights we stayed this was not the case. The shower ran red hot, burning in fact for a few mins then freezing cold for several. It was impossible to shower properly. I told hotel staff who said it would be fixed, it was the same the second night. I mentioned it again and on the last night it was dangerously hot, no cold at all. We felt this was very dangerous if our son had showered first. The young man who was servicing the rooms was very attentive. Our main complaint/disappointment was that we had booked a suite well in advance, and we received an email when we were in Florence (the day before travelling to Rome), saying the suite was double booked and that we would get a regular room instead. There was no discount, but they included breakfast vouchers (which we didn't use), and we didn't have to pay the tourist tax. We specifically searched a long time for a suite in a good location, and this last minute change left us no time to cancel and find another place.
