This is one of the best and friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and pleasantly cool despite the extreme heat in Rome. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

Best accommodation experienced in Europe. Rooms were elegant and the receptionist was best in class. They stored our luggage until check-in and then moved them up to our rooms. She provided excellent recommendations for the local area. If we come back to Rome, we will stay at this hotel!!!

Our stay at Arpinelli Relais was absolutely wonderful. The location could hardly be better—right in the heart of Rome, within easy walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and many of the city’s most beautiful sights, yet the property itself feels peaceful, private, and secure. Everything was exceptionally clean, elegant, and thoughtfully maintained. We felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. A very special thank-you to Zara, who checked us in and gave us such a warm welcome. Her kindness and professionalism were a perfect beginning to our Roman experience. Arpinelli Relais is a true gem, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Having stayed at Arpinelli Relais twice now, I can say that it is still the best hotel I’ve experienced in Rome. Rooms are spacious and clean, employees are nice and helpful, super close to the Trevi Fountain and not far from the Barberini Metro stop. I would recommend staying here.

Very clean, wonderful staff, perfect location next to Trevi Fountain, excellent warm, big showers, elevator access, and fantastic cool air conditioning. Unfortunately, the beds were as hard as a rock and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Prime ocation blacks from Trevi Fountain. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. They arranged our airport transfer on a busy holiday which was a great help. Room was a good size with updated facilities while still maintaining its 17th century charm.
