They told us to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor. They didn't offer to help us at all. The 4 days that we were there the elevator was never fixed and we had to use the stairs the whole time. Also our mini fridge didn't work and the internet only worked outside of our room. The beds felt like sleeping on hard plastic. I'll start by saying that I paid very little for this accommodation and the room, facilities etc.where pretty much what I expected for the money. Location was excellent, right next to termini train station and within walking distance of major tourist attractions. What I didn't enjoy were the hordes of teenage German kids who were staying at the hotel and other hotels within the building on school trips. You could regularly find about 15 to 20 of them sitting on the stairs blocking the enterance to the hotel and making noise into the early hours of the morning. These groups came and went in waves throughout the two weeks of my stay and it's something you should taking into consideration if thinking about booking this hotel. The area looks a bit rough but was perfectly safe to wander about with plenty of restaurants and cafes close at hand. The only problem was the toilet which on the first night once flushed, kept continually filling so you couldn't flush the toilet again. When I reported it to Reception they said it couldn't be repaired until morning which meant we had to listen to the noise of the toilet all night. The problem was fixed the next day only for the same thing to happen on the last night of our stay. Apart from this the room was basic but clean which is what we expected and was fine for our needs.
