Tolles Hotel

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel, Daniele ist super nett und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, die wir alle umgesetzt haben und so das eine oder andere gesehen haben, was uns sonst entgangen wäre. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und eignet sich um Rom zu erkundigen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

One of the best B&B in Rome. Centrally located with buses and train options as well as walking distance to Vatican City. Daniele is a great host! He was so informative and provided recommendations for places of interests and local dining. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant as well. I will definitely stay here when I’m back in Rome.

The room was spot clean. It’s right outside of ZTL and street parking costed 1 euro per hour. Daniele was super helpful and friendly. It was about 10 min walk to Vatican City and the St. Angelo church, 15 min to the Spanish steps. Many shops and restaurants right downstairs, and a market across the street. I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself in Rome again.

In a nice area and close to Vatican. Staff were only there in the morning, but were friendly and have a telehone at frontdesk if assitance is needed after their departure. Room was clean, cute and very spacious. Overall good stay A

Excellent Stay

We had a one night stay and it was great. Great location walking distance to Vatican City and Rome Center or Bus Station. Staff (Daniele) was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Assisted with great suggestions and recommendations to do and eat, a plus. Also, assisted with our transfer and luggages. Very communicative.

We had a wonderful time, and Daniele was very attentive. The only thing was mattress was a bit to hard for me. If you like a firm mattress it would be good but I need softer. My hips were sore. All in all we probably would stay again.

Great couple of days at this property in rome.

Excellent reception from Daniele. Fantastic location, close to Lepanto underground station, safe and upmarket. Supermarket very close. Large room with good air con. Only slight niggle was that the tv reception was down- although in Rome, we wouldn’t have to use to use it a lot :-)

We had an amazing time in Rome every thing was walking distance lots of eating place close by . The staff at the BB made us feel at home and were very helpful. Would recommend THE PEACE OF ROME to my family and friends 😀

Great location. Even received a phone call whilst en route from the airport to check that the flight was on time and if I needed any help finding the B & B. Even though it is in a lively residential area, the room was extremely quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Fresh towels and room cleaned to a very high standard every day. Just be aware that the breakfast is served seperately at the cafe below, and take a discount voucher slip from the reception area with you. No scrambled eggs on a Sunday.

Atendimento excelente, hotel decepcionante

Depois de ler as muitas avaliações positivas antes de reservar o hotel, ficamos bem decepcionados ao chegar no local. O atendimento em si foi excelente, todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar, mas infelizmente não posso dizer o mesmo da estrutura do hotel. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo do Vaticano e do Castel Sant'Angelo. Por dentro, entretanto, se mostrou antigo e desgastado, com um corredor pouco acolhedor, móveis gastos e paredes muito finas, que deixam passar muito barulho vindo dos outros quartos, além de um colchão de casal desconfortável com cobertor de solteiro. O local tem potencial e poderia ser incrível caso se investisse mais no seu interior e no conforto para os hóspedes.

We had to wait for staff to arrive when we first got to the hotel, but once they did, they were very pleasant and apologetic. The breakfast policy could have been made clearer.

Spacious room and 2 separate full sized beds.

Love it. Room is very spacious and very clean and in a great location. 15 mins walk to the Vatican. Close to the Bus station. In a busy (in the morning) neighborhood but very quiet at night. The rooms are exactly what's on the pictures.
