"Our house was literally at the foot of a vineyard...a spectacular setting and a beautiful drive from Porto. The house was beautiful, clean, nicely decorated and had a nice patio to enjoy the beautiful weather we had. The wine tasting room was just a staircase away. Our host who gave us the tasting was amazing. She spent a lot of time with us, getting to know us, telling stories and listening to ours. The wine and port were delicious! "the people we spoke with were nice. However it was not the unit that was shown in ad. No heat for two nights, wifi did not work. The actual property owner never did respond to our questions about the hear or wifi. The neighbour helped us out."

"Great place. Wonderfully decorated with robin’s egg blue trim, sturdy and functional furnishings. Just beautiful, the way the light streams in from the shuttered windows. Tranquil (albeit with country sounds like roosters). Peaceful. It is easy to walk into town, either along a hiking trail or along the highway, which has a sidewalk after a while. Shops, restaurants, cafe in town. So much to explore in the area. Hosts were gracious and quick to respond to all questions. We stayed 9 days and it...
