Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The Villa was lovely. Plenty of room for us with privacy. The natural spring hot tub and sauna were very relaxing after long adventurous days. Black out curtains made sleeping pleasant. Host was accommodating by allowing us an early arrival after a long overnight flight. The kitchen was well appointed down to spices and expressions for the mornings. Wonderful place and country.

We had an incredible stay at this villa in Iceland! From the very beginning, the host was attentive and responsive, making communication leading up to our trip seamless. Upon arrival, he greeted us warmly, gave us a thorough tour of the property, and explained how to use the fantastic amenities like the hot tub and sauna. The villa itself was stunning—beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including supplies for cooking. The location was excellent, with convenient parking. The highlight of our stay was relaxing in the hot tub while watching the northern lights, which we were lucky enough to see three nights in a row! This was truly a memorable experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to Iceland. Highly recommend!

Hands down the most pleasant place to stay. The pictures of the views of the city and mountains do not do it justice. Super convenient to the roads to go to the South coast and Golden a circle. The house was very clean, modern, well equipped, and the Sauna and hot tub made an already wonderful place out of this world. Communication was great and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Although the home is beautiful, we were not able to enjoy the stay because the owner of the home was watching us and anytime we would have a friend over, he was outside the door waiting until our guests left. This is outrageous and I would never stay here again or recommend anyone stay here who is traveling with friends in the area.

The views and amenities for this place are amazing. The apartment had absolutely everything you could want. The host was very happy to show us around and made us feel very welcome. The hot tub was just the "icing on the cake" for us - many thanks. I have never slept in such a comfy bed!! I would highly recommend both apartment & location x

This property was excellent location, with an amazing host, and the views of Reykvavik are as seen in the photos. The hot tub on the property is also a great extra. Our host made us feel welcomed and at home in his home. Staying outside of Reykavavik allowed us free parking to then not have to waste time finding/worry about parking. The property had everything a family would need to excel at making memories in this great city.

We were very pleased with this apartment and the owner was very kind. The view was spectacular, the hot tub was a lot of fun, and the accommodations were lovely. We enjoyed having a whole apartment rather than a hotel room, and we were able to make food at the apartment rather than go out for every meal. I would highly recommend this property!

Extremly good comfort

We would like to give Sigurdur’s and his villa the warmest review, from the moment you arrive and until you leave you feel like home, it’s a luxury apartment with all equipment you will ever need for your trip and the apartment is so nice decorated with furniture’s from all over the world and there is a big new kitchen. You feel special here! The heating floor and the bath outside made us stay here instead of going to the blue lagune. Sitting on the terrace with a great warm bath coming from the ground looking at the museum of Pearland and Reykjavik when it full storm outside cannot be described, you need to experience it. Stop looking, book this, you came to the right place!
