« It was a horrendous experience trying to reach the property manager. 2 rooms were booked in my name although I only booked one and after days of trying to reach the property manager, I finally got through the day before arrival. Unfortunately, the 2nd room that was booked in my name was only cancelled the day before arrival, although it was previously cancelled on January 25th. »
