"This house was perfect! It lead to us falling in Love with Cardiff! The location is everything! You can walk to the beach, to hiking trails, and all of the restaurants and shops as well. The house is beautiful and has the best beach vibe. The AC is so nice to have these days. It was well stocked and Trevor (the host) was extremely communicative and very accommodating when needs were presented last minute. Super comfy bed too! We look forward to coming back!"

"Loved SO MUCH about this place Only issues we had were the washing machine not working and an early outdoor curfew of 9:00 with a rude neighbor coming over when my son in laws were talking by the fire/conversation pit. management said they would address. Would stay again if that is resolved. "

"The sunset views from the deck were amazing. We enjoyed lounging in the “pond” room as we called it. The outdoor kitchen was well stocked and a great feature in this home. A huge thank you to the host of accommodating an early check in."

"Overall my children were happy with the set up. The house was clean. The pool and outside games was definitely the highlight. Also per house rules, quiet hours began at 10pm, however the neighbor complained about my children still in the pool and it was only 8 o'clock. In the morning I decided to go for a swim and during my swim the pool cleaning guy entered the property without any notice and wanted to clean it. Being polite I allowed him to, but It definitely would've been great if he had come...

"The casita was clean and well-stocked; it had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for two people. The beds (including sofa bed) were comfortable. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for being so close to a major road. It was great to have private parking. It is within a few-block walk to restaurants/bars."

"We arrived to a clean and organized home. Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen was stocked pretty well. Oils and seasonings aplenty. There was loads of clean towels and beds were clean. "Family and friends vacation getaway. We wanted a place where we wouldn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to and this home was great! The outdoor space was everything we wanted, we spent most of the time in the pool. The pool was beautiful and our favorite feature of the home. The KIDS and adults loved the water slide. "I found this gem for 25th wedding anniversary and had to come back for 26th. It is private and beautiful. The pool and patio is fabulous. I have never had a more relaxing vacation...that is why we had to come back again!"
