The 2 bedroom's windows both face the driveway the owner uses which shares the backside of the same property (its all attached) and they leave each morning before 5am, opening and closing the loud automatic garage door to go to a car in the driveway not the garage, then turning off car alarm all prior to leaving, guaranteeing you to wake up. On top of this the neighbor on the opposite side happens to be doing major construction each and every morning of our stay starting with jackhammering concrete at 7am sharp. The host did nothing to try and make better. I would of offered my guests the option to not stay during this type of work. Don’t get me wrong, the house is great, the experience was awful. ##### Bernadett H. The house itself was relaxing, set up so well, well decorated but not over the top. Paul and Erika had everything set up perfectly for our comfort. They could obviously foresee our needs and exceeded them! The neighborhood felt very safe. The listing says "dog friendly" but there was no dog smell/hair- it was super clean. They had plenty of books and toys to keep our little ones busy so we could unwind. The backyard was lovely and so great to have lots of space to enjoy the sunshine. Communication was a breeze. Really, it couldn't have been better. This was the best VRBO experience we've had. Highly recommend. ##### Renee G.
