Hot Tub Home with Amazing Views, Garage & EV Charger Indulge in spectacular mountain views from this 3 bedroom home at a 4000+ foot elevation. It feels as if you are in the clouds. Stylish and cozy country home with A/C, fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy stunning sunsets, stargazing, and all 4 seasons. Bring your off-road toys to explore the dirt roads. PCT hiking trail 10 min away; Julian, Anza, Borrego Springs & hot springs 20–45 min drive. San Diego 1.5 hrs. Book with the neighboring Country Cowboy Hot Tub Hideaway on 20 acres for more space. What to expect: The property is on dirt roads and will require a 4-wheel drive during heavy rain or snow. We will find a way to shuttle your group in if there is a last/minute storm. The Master bedroom has one King bed 2nd bedrooms have 2 twins, living room has a Queen sofa bed One additional roll-away bed and a Pac-N-Play. The Wood Burning fireplace may be a first for some of you. Please reach out for instructions. Exterior camera over garage for security. Please keep garage, hot tub cover, and all doors/screens closed when not in use. Antique Foosball table and a 10-in-one 48" game table with table tennis, pool etc. Mini Pickleball Court, \`Dink Master Midnight\` and pickleball paddles/balls also located in the garage. Corn Hole and Bocci Ball games. Water hookup and 20 volt at RV space. Gated rear yard with large front and back covered porches. EV charger (with Tesla attachment) and washer/dryer located in the garage. Country Cowboy Hot Tub Hideaway is next door on its own 20 acres. Book together for larger groups or multiple families. Guests can use all 40 acres of the property and can bring their own Quads, bikes, dirt bikes, ATV\`s, RV\`s etc. The driveway connects to the lower neighbor’s yard. When you find the gate on the South end of the property, that will be the property line. EV charger is level 2 Wallbox Pulsar Plus J1772 and Tesla adapter. This is pure country living at its finest with dirt roads and wildlife. Near the famous PTC hiking trails, Sea World, Borrego Springs, and casinos. Large grocery stores and gas stations are at least 20 minutes away. Please do all your shopping and get gas before arriving. There are spices, olive oil, and condiments. Reach out if you have additional questions. A text will be sent to your phone with instructions and QR code to access door key. The gate code will be given out before arrival. \- While our property is professionally treated for pests on a regular basis, please note that due to our peaceful rural setting, occasional sightings of insects or critters may occur. We hated to leave after a week but had other places to go.The house itself is large, very comfortable, bright, and extremely quiet. The kitchen is excellent and well-equipped. If you are looking for a very isolated, quiet stay, consider this one. The hot tub was a great bonus.From day one, communication with the owners and caretaker was over the top. If I could rate them 6-stars, I would! I never waited more than 5 minutes for answers to my many questions.As the owners advise you ahead of time, the property is very isolated and Ranchita offers no stores, groceries, gasoline at all. It’s a very remote location with quiet and no lights so you may enjoy the amazing night skies, along with some shooting stars. The location is 10/10; it has everything you need just bring food! This place was perfect. We loved that we could walk right out the door and set up his telescope. The house was very clean, organized and well stocked. Know that there are no stores or restaurants nearby so you must bring your own food and drinks. Roberta, our contact person was amazing. She was pleasant, easy to reach and very informative. We had an amazing time staying at the property! This vacation actually felt like a vacation. The property had everything needed for a relaxing time away from home. There were board games, horseshoes, cornhole, fuzzball and jigsaw puzzles to keep even the teenagers busy. The pantry was well stocked with everything needed. There were extra blankets, pillows and towels. The home was immaculately clean and very very comfortable. The manager/owner Roberta was very communicative and responsive to my messages and she was a great hostess for the entire stay. Check-in and check-out process was seamless. Will definitely recommend friends and family this place if they want to have a relaxing experience. Will definitely stay here again next time we need to get away from the craziness and congestion of the city…..and just relax and sip wine outside and watch the stars. ##### B Naomi D. It was the location & timing which primarily brought us to this absolute gem of a vacation rental. (We were seeking super dark skies for stargazing & viewing the Milky Way during June’s new moon) but we were totally impressed by this really pretty house with a great floorplan & every household amenity you will need while away for several days. The open area kitchen is a perfect space to prepare meals & the family room is very comfortable. Everything is super clean; the bathrooms, the floors, the windows, the appliances & BBQ. Central air conditioning is nice for the hot daytime. The spa is on the deck overlooking valleys & mountains was fresh & welcoming. We will be back for the next celestial event. Communication with the property owner was prompt & clear. It was absolutely lovely. The house was spotless, full of amenities, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. When we weren't exploring Julian or Anza Borrego, we spent time in the house playing games, watching movies, eating, and relaxing in the hot tub. It was very windy during our trip, which made the hot tub even more inviting! The stars at night were fantastic. Communication was great and check in and check out were very easy.
