Amazing location in South Durham

If you want easy access to everything the Triangle has to offer this is it! This 3 bed/2 bath home in South Durham on a quiet cul-de-sac near I-40. Less than 5 minutes to Southpoint Mall and less than 20 minutes to RTP, Duke and UNC. Enjoy a coffee in the tree lined shaded backyard or take a walk on the American Tobacco Trail located less than 1 mile away. Walk to pineywood park where where you will find a dog park and a wonderful playground that is shaded the majority of the day.
