The bed was very comfortable and the location of the Hyatt to the hot spots in Key west is fantastic. It's also just a short walk from the Key West express ferry port. Kelsey at the front desk was wonderful. The weather was not warm during our visit so couldn't take advantage of the pool but it looked inviting. If I ever return to Key West I would definitely book this hotel again. "

"This is my second time staying at the Parrot Key. Love the hotel. Beautiful property & rooms, plus the staff is always accommodating & pleasant. The hotels location is also great, just a five to eight minute drive to Duval. I would highly recommend staying there. "
