The hotel was great the staff answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the area , room was small but clean, not that we spent much time there. Breakfast was great. My only complaint is that we got woke up at 330 am by our drunken neighbors. Would definitely visit again

Room, amenities, and location were great. I paid extra for late check out and twice had staff members show up to my room after 11am (one staff member came into my room while I was still here). I don’t think communication was very clear.

The room was not cleaned only the bed made. No trash in trash cans were removed etc. Some staff were kind and others were very rude. The hotel was old and the breakfast was not up to Embassy standards in US. This Hilton brand has really gone down over the years. The location on the beach was nice. ...
