« I was so disappointed after checking in to Emerald Beach. The property is need of an overhaul. Everything was breaking, grounds filled with weeds, coffee pot and phone not working in the room. Room not too clean. The only good thing about the resort was the beach and scenery. Everything else was subpar at best. »

« The room was very clean and had great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly. The space is beautiful and charming. Bartender and Restaurant staff were exceptional and the food was amazing. My only piece of feedback would be to add some lounge chairs near the pool. But next time I come back to St Thomas there is no doubt I’m staying at Hotel 1829! »

I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close.
