The staff was awesome & for us the peace of NO TV or other distractions was super perfect!!! We came here because my husband’s sister & her husband have been coming for years. Apparently “check in time is 3pm” for tradewinds means “UNTIL 3 pm”. We and another family arrived around 5:30 and were shocked to find out that, at this one hotel in all the world, the listed check in time is the last time you can check in. And there is no late check in and nothing to do about it. ...
