« very clean and quaint! The cottage had everything you could possibly need and was well stocked with supplies . We did use the washing machine and it did not spin clothes very well. We had to hand wring them before drying. It was the retreat we were looking for. »

« This. Place. Is. Awesome! The pictures do not do it justice. Amazing location far from civilization. Great place to go to unplug. I wish we would have had more time to spend there but we were just passing through and only stayed one night. Whether you want to do your best impersonation of Henry David Thoreau or get back to basics with the kids you cannot go wrong with this property. The owner is a really nice guy as well. »

« This place was absolutely amazing—secluded, peaceful, and spotless. Kayaking and fishing on the New River were fantastic! I would highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be coming back. My only suggestions for the cabin would be to add more silverware, as well as extra pots, pans, and mixing bowls for cooking. »
