"The room was super clean including the bathroom, the blankets and sheets were spotless. The breakfast in the morning was very delicious and a great way to start my day"

"Great downtown Honesdale, PA location. At check in I was told to park in the Wayne Memorial Hospital lot which is shared with the Hotel. Check in was pleasant/easy. Stairs to 2nd floor room. At end of day rush hour a bit noisy from the busy street/intersection. Room could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Older mattress well past its' useful life. Sink water had mislabelled Hot/Cold faucets. Water had an odor? A/C worked OK but curtain blocked the flow if closed. Shower head and knob needs immediate replacing. Toilet tended to have a stuck flapper valve and water would continue running. Some locals outside the Hotel's Restaurant were loud and smoking. Close to Main Street for several dining choices. Believe I'll try another spot next visit to Honesdale, PA. Person at checkout Desk in the morning seemed new and untrained."

"We stayed at cheap hotels our whole road trip trying to save a buck. On our way home I booked this one which was still a great price! Wow it was so clean and friendly, great breakfast which was HUGE for us saving money on our road trip. Wished I had stayed at this one both times I was in Scranton. 10/10 to the staff and the hotel in general."

"The room was very clean and comfortable but there were some things that did not sit right with me during my stay. When checking in I was standing outside for a good 30 mins and had to call the front desk so the person in the back room ran out to their table to check me in. During my stay, when I had my room cleaned, the cleaning people threw out some of my shoe boxes that weren't even in the trash, just sitting in the closet with my other shoes, when I came to the front desk to ask about it all they said was that they weren't going to do anything about it, what's gone its gone and there is no point of telling the cleaning crew since they won't do anything about it. In my opinion that was just a rude way to go about it since it was a mess up on their end... I wouldn't go back honestly the only good thing was that the room seemed clean."

All of the hard work, love, and care that you both put into this home was deeply felt and so appreciated by us.
