"We originally checked into a room with a slight sewage smell and water all over the bathroom floor. We were quickly and easily moved to another room down the hall. Unfortunately the room was across from about 6 garbage bins. The bins were emptied at 4 am and took approximately half an hour. It was so noise it woke our party of 4 up for the day. There was no working fan in the bathroom, so when after 4 had showers the room was hot and insanely humid - ceiling was dripping. Breakfast buffet was empty with limited options available when we went down at 9 am. Significant smoke and marijuana throughout the hallways of the 2nd floor, and men arguing in the halls at 10pm shouting curse words which isn’t ideal when travelling with young children. Disappointing experience overall. When we let the front desk know about the issues (in a respectful way), we were only offered water bottles. We won’t be back and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel. It falls below what we’d expect of a Best Western Plus. "

"A CLEAN peaceful place to Spend a good night sleep. Suggest having earplugs with you In case of a noisy loudly snoring neighbor or a neighbor with loud TV"

"Although the photo of the breakfast looks nice. When we arrived for our breakfast, it was lacking attention to cleanup of the counter place where the waffles are cooked. syrup and trash on the counter and no plates visible. However, they were supplied when finding staff."

"Room was ok, there was a smoke stain above the fireplace, water stains on the ceiling and a brown water stain in the hot tub. It was enjoyable though you can feed the deer and play some games with your lover dinner Saturday night was delicious but not so much Sunday night! We didn’t use the pool but looked nice. We had fun on the hiking trail even though it’s was a little muddy and wet as the snow had just melted. Trivia games at spooners were fun! All in all the place definitely has a distinctive feel and look, it was a nice little get away for us. "
