Building is deliapidated, needs major updates, rooms need updating, shower was dirty, vanity was broken, floor not cleaned in area under or behind furniture. Lively at night, hard to sleep well when other guests blare music and management does nothing about it. Parking was limited and parking lot had very large pot holes throughtout. Mini fridge in room was covered in black mold speckles. Sheets and towels were stainded. Build up around the bathroom sink from not cleaning and build up on edge of sink vanity. Lights did not work properly. Toilet did not flush properly. Then I look around to see chipped paint, dirty fingerprint smudges and drip stains on the walls. Every bathroom fixture had a ton of caulk mixed with rust and corrosion. When we turned out the light to go to sleep, we heard what I can only assume was mice scurrying across the drop ceiling panels above us. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioner made noise. There was one dim light by the door. The other lights didn’t work. So the room was exceptionally dark. There was no shower curtain. The toilet was dirty. The floor was sticky. The room smelled funky. I would have never stayed there is there was another option close by. The parking lot was horrible…. Pot holes and if you pulled out too far you would go down a cliff. There was only enough room for the row of parked cars and barely enough room for one car to pass. This place should be condemned and if it was knocked down….
