We enjoyed our stay here! The room was comfortable and quiet! Walkable to Lake Wallenpaupack and lots of restaurants and ice cream place nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Cosy place with a view

The staff was so nice. It’s an older resort but was still acceptable.the only complaint is the spiders, which is a problem at this time of year. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

This was a convenient place to stay in a good location. I loved the two bed two full bath condo with the beautiful lake view. Towels were clean and fluffy. The overall condo is in need of refreshing. The mattress needs to be replaced. They should stop using old blankets and bedspreads and start using white comforters and duvets like the hotels. The pillows need to be updated. Carpets replaced. HOWEVER, the price was less than nearby competing hotels and condos, so maybe you get what you pay for. Nice staff and they cleared the snow.

Ours first time staying here and we absolutely love it! Very clean and super friendly staff. We even were able to check in at 12:30 on our arrival day and also get in our slip. So we had a full day. Will definitely be back again next year!

The accommodations were excellent, suite of rooms were spacious, everything you need is in the suite. There is a self laundry that is fairly priced one washer one dryer and is open 24/7. We have been traveling for several weeks and this is the only hotel he says he would stay there again in the future

Great weekend getaway

We had a great stay and great view of the lake from our room. The staff was very friendly and informative about things to do in the area. Staying in a condo was the way to go on this trip. We were able to have breakfast in our room on the deck and then get ready to go out for the day for whatever we had planned. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to relax

We had a wonderful stay in the one-bedroom version. It is like a small apartment. We relaxed and had easy access to walk along the best part of the lake. We could watch the sunset over the lake either by the lake or by sitting on the resort property. The full kitchen made it easy to reheat our leftovers and make breakfast. We will definitely be back for another great, relaxing 'recharge' weekend.

Condo by lake

It’s was definitely a decent stay. The 2 bedroom condo was very spacious, had all the fixings…kitchen, dishes, washer/dryer, etc. It was great being right on the lake and deer running everywhere. Downside…it’s 7 miles away from the office where you’re suppose to register, indoor pool also is not near the condo, there seemed to be some mice pellets around the condo, and lastly whoever was there before us left behind a sex toy (gross)! The pool and office is just a small inconvenience…the mice pellets and …not picking up the toy and tossing it…a little disgusting.

It’s not a bad small place. Really liked the fact the condo had everything needed for the stay. Only problems are the upstairs room. It has the biggest bed and jet powered tub but no door for privacy from the kids. Had to settle in the smaller bedroom with the door. Also the beds, they felt worn and cheap. Makes noises when moving around on it plus felt the springs on my back. They definitely need replacing. The place felt dated but that part wasn’t as bad as the beds and the upstairs privacy. Would I go back? Maybe. One thing for sure is that it was quiet, that was great.

Staff here was very Nice, Diane was wonderful. Sadly, the good ends there. This Resorts owners should be ashamed of the outdated, filthy conditions here. Bed was extremely old and overused.Box springs were crushed. There was a sheet of old plywood between the very old, cheap, springy mattress and box springs. Dirt, dust and grime everywhere. We removed the grease screens from the over the stove microwave and let them soak in the sink due to the entire unit smelling like grease. The " Laundry Facility" is an 4' x 8' outdoor filthy utility closet that an old washer and dryer was stuffed into. This Resort has potential but needs to be completely updated.

One thing to say is - location! This is definitely the best property near the lake with amazing views. So quet, so peaceful, great hike. However, the property is very dated, not very clean (I believe the people try their best, but there is only so much one can do when things just need an upgrade. On top of this - they charge a cleaning fee which is quite high, and they don't tell you before. Additionally, the pool I was looking forward to is apparently not on the property. I was told (Rather defensively) that it says so in the description. I believe it does, but the pictures of the pool are front and center and the description is not. Judging by the defensiveness of the answer, I was not the only one being unhappy
